The aluminum veneer system uses high-quality aluminum alloy panels as the base material, and advanced CNC bending technology to ensure that the sheet can be flat and not deformed after processing, and has excellent resistance to external forces during the installation of the aluminum veneer. The surface coating of RENOLIT aluminum veneer adopts Japan Ransburg and Swiss Gema fluorocarbon spraying equipment and American Akzo fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating to ensure uniform surface color, anti-ultraviolet radiation, anti-oxidation, and super corrosion resistance.

The structure of aluminum veneer is mainly composed of panels, stiffeners and corners. Models are 1100 series and 3003 series. The corner code can be directly formed by bending and punching the panel, or it can be formed by installing the corner code on the folded edge of the panel. The reinforcement ribs are connected with the electric welding screws behind the board surface to make it a strong whole, which greatly enhances the strength and rigidity of the aluminum veneer curtain wall, and ensures the flatness and seismic resistance in long-term use. If sound insulation is required, efficient sound insulation and heat preservation materials can be installed inside the aluminum plate. The maximum size of aluminum veneer can reach 8000mm×1800mm (length×width)

The coating adopts famous brand paints such as PPG, Valspar, AkzoNobel, etc. The coating performance reaches the AAMA2605-98 standard of AAMA (American Building Manufacturers Association) and ASCA (American Construction Coating Association)

The conventional thickness of aluminum veneer plates: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm.
Aluminum veneer sheet common specifications: 600*600mm, 600*1200mm

Color: There are as many as 100 fluorocarbon coating colors, and special colors can be created according to user requirements to fully meet the unique requirements of customers in terms of color.
